Delivery Conditions
Curbside Delivery
The delivery of the wood stove will be made only to the curbside.
Accessibility and Special Conditions
Due to the weight and volume of the product, please consider the following:
- The delivery location must be accessible to a three-axle truck.
- Deliveries are not made to pedestrian streets with difficult access.
- If access is complicated, additional costs for special transportation will be borne by the customer upon presentation of a quote from the carrier.
Delivery Recommendations
It is recommended to have a two-wheeled cart and the presence of two people to facilitate the transfer of the wood stove to your home.
When receiving your order, please always sign the delivery confirmation with reservations, in case the contents are damaged even if the package appears to be in good condition.
