The costs of internal transport within the Canary Islands are to be borne by the customer.
The delivery of the stove will take place only at the street level.
The unloading will be made only by the rear of the truck. The client has to certify that trucks with trailers are authorized to access their property.
The customer must open the package and check the state of the goods (especially the glass) at the time of delivery. If the stove is broken or damaged in its packaging, the customer has the possibility of rejecting the merchandise or stating the findings in the delivery note and communicate them straight away to the email: [email protected]. In case of a broken glass, a new one will be sent to you free of charge.
In case of difficulty of access to specific means of delivery (small truck), the freight will be in charge of the client after the presentation of a budget by the carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. During processing of each order, an estimated delivery date is indicated.

All Panadero EcoDesign stoves have a 5 year warranty valid from the moment of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defect. In the case of Panadero Tradition models, the warranty is 2 years. This warranty does not cover components that are in direct contact with fire such as glass, fiberglass, vermiculite and grill.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or via Paypal.
For payments made by credit/debit card, the charge will be executed at the moment of confirmation of the order and once it has been verified, that the data provided is correct. Confirmed the transaction, the order and tracking number will be communicated through the website itself. You will receive a detailed description of the order and of the personal data that have been used by email.
Payment can also be made via Paypal using your existing account or by creating a new one for free at www.paypal.com.
The installation of all our stoves must be done by a professional.
Shipments are made by different transport agencies depending on the destination and within the deadlines indicated during the processing of your order. Due to the large amounts of the shipments, the transport company will contact you in advance to detail the time of delivery.
It is important, that you inspect the merchandise received at the time of delivery. If clear defects are appreciated, without the need to handle the shipping packages or those of the product, caused by transport, or if you notice any other damage, it must be stated on the delivery note and communicated to [email protected] or to the customer service phone number in your country.
Sign the delivery note with reserve in case the merchandise cannot be verified in front of the carrier.
The deadline for communicating the return of the goods is 30 days from their reception and it must be advised to: [email protected].
In the case of a manufacturing defect: Panadero.com will cover the costs of collection and shipping incurred in the return of the product. The customer must notify the defect within the designated return period and follow the return process.
Right of revocation: In those instances where the customer wishes to return the product due to reasons beyond the company’s control and within the revocation period, Panadero.com will also be responsible for the collection and shipping costs.
To initiate the return process, the customer must ensure that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, adhering to the return procedure set by the company.
The
customer is also expected to comply with the responsibility to be present at
the pre-arranged appointment with the carrier to facilitate the collection of
the product. In the event that the customer does not show up at the scheduled
pick-up time, transportation charges will apply.
Please note, that these conditions apply only if the product is within the established return deadlines and fulfills the specified condition and packaging requirements.
Once the product is received and verified at our facilities, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer.

The client will be responsible for the packing of the piece. If the reasons for return are other and unrelated to panadero.com, i.e. if the goods you have received are in perfect condition but you wish to return it. You must bear the cost of shipping and collection. panadero.com must receive the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
