We deliver to various European countries directly to the address provided during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. For islands, remote areas or locations that are difficult to access, delivery may take slightly longer than indicated.

The delivery times shown are approximate and are calculated in working days. We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, national holidays or circumstances beyond Panadero’s control, delivery times may vary slightly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free to all destinations within our standard delivery area.
An additional shipping fee applies only to the following destinations:
- Corsica: €250
- Sardinia: €250
- Canary Islands: €250
- Ceuta: €250
- Melilla: €250
This surcharge covers the additional logistics and transportation costs associated with deliveries to these areas.
Delivery Conditions
Curbside Delivery
Your wood-burning stove will be delivered curbside only. Delivery does not include bringing the product inside the property.
Accessibility and Special Conditions
Due to the weight and size of the product, please take the following into account:
- The delivery address must be accessible to a three-axle truck.
- Deliveries cannot be made to pedestrian areas or streets with restricted or difficult access.
- If access to the delivery address requires special transportation arrangements, any additional costs will be borne by the customer. The carrier will provide a quotation for these additional costs before delivery.
Delivery Recommendations
We recommend having a two-wheeled trolley and two people available to help move the wood-burning stove from the delivery point into your home.
When receiving your order, please sign the delivery note with reservations in case of any possible damage, even if the external packaging appears to be in good condition.
