Problems with your order? Don’t worry! Returns are easy and quick.

Inspection of Goods
It is important that you check the goods upon delivery. If any obvious defects are observed in the packaging or the product due to transport, or if there is any error in the received goods, note it on the delivery note. Also, fill out the return form at the bottom of the page.

Return Period
The period for communicating the return of the product is 30 days from the receipt of the same through the return form.

Defective Product
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Panadero.com will cover the collection and shipping costs. Please notify us of the defect within the established period and follow the return instructions.

Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to the company and within the withdrawal period, Panadero.com will also assume the collection and shipping costs.

Return Procedure
Ensure that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Follow the established return procedure. It is important that you are present at the agreed appointment with the carrier to facilitate the collection. If you are not present at the scheduled time, additional transport charges will apply.
Once we receive and verify the product at our facilities, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

Replacements
Purchased replacements are not subject to return except in the case of manufacturing defects or an error in the shipment.
