QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND SST MANAGEMENT POLICY

The management of PANADERO AB, in its constant pursuit of meeting the highest level of its customers’ needs in thermal comfort, acknowledges the importance of quality, proper environmental management, and SST in the current and future business landscape. For this reason, it has implemented a Quality, Environmental, and SST Management System in accordance with the current UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, for the “DESIGN, MANUFACTURING, AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF SOLID FUEL STOVES.”

The fundamental principles on which this policy is based are:

A management model based on leadership and commitment, with an integrated approach across all processes and at all levels of the organization. Quality, proper environmental management, and SST understood as the fulfillment of the commitments made with our customers, employees, suppliers, other collaborators, and stakeholders. Quality, environmental management, and SST understood as compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the company, as well as other requirements that the organization subscribes to regarding quality, the environment, and SST. This policy constitutes the framework for planning through the establishment of the objectives of our management system.

Each person is responsible for quality, proper environmental management, and SST in their work, as well as verifying compliance with the established plans.

This policy must be communicated, applied, and updated at all levels of the organization. The management of PANADERO AB, S.L. takes responsibility for the commitments and responsibilities it holds in the development of this policy.

EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS PERFORMANCE

The management of PANADERO AB, based on its quality system according to the UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, informs its external suppliers and collaborators that they will undergo a continuous evaluation process and an annual reassessment based on potential incidents in the products and services provided.

If their evaluation is negative (the incident is very serious or repetitive), it will be formally communicated to them.

SST Performance: PANADERO AB is certified under the UNE EN ISO 45001:2018 standard, the international standard focused on occupational health and safety (OHS) for the company, with a clear objective of consolidating solid OHS performance through effective risk management, aligned with its OHS policy and objectives. This is done within an increasingly demanding legislative framework, along with the development of economic policies and other measures that promote good OHS practices, as well as growing attention from stakeholders in this area.

Regarding the identification and evaluation of risks at PANADERO AB, the following actions are taken:

The methodology applied to identify and assess risks is based on the “Labor Risk Assessment” document published by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

PROPOSED CONCLUSIONS/ACTIONS

PANADERO AB conducts internal inspections to ensure compliance with the requirements established in UNE-EN ISO 45001:2018. These inspections aim to detect potential areas for improvement in OHS and obtain key information that helps to improve the management system.

To improve the culture, awareness, and understanding of OHS among all PANADERO AB staff, an annual training plan is developed based on the specific needs of each job position.

For monitoring and measuring performance in key processes, the following indicators have been established:

APPROACH

In its commitment to the environment, PANADERO AB has implemented and certified an environmental management system in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, with the aim of reducing the impact of its activities, preventing and complying with current environmental legislation.

The main objectives are:

PANADERO AB communicates to all suppliers of products and services with the greatest environmental impact the environmental requirements that apply to them. Subcontracted companies must comply with the legal provisions applicable to their products, services, and activities. The applicable legislation, as well as the main environmental aspects that may occur and their actions to address each of them, can be consulted with the PANADERO AB Environmental Department.

EVALUATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE

Environmental aspects are identified by analyzing the key, support, measurement, analysis, and improvement processes developed by PANADERO AB, which may have any impact on the environment, from a life cycle perspective.

Once identified, these aspects, both under normal operating conditions and in emergency situations, are assessed to determine those that could have a significant environmental impact.

Durante el año se organizara una campaña de acopio de información de la satisfacción del cliente. El cuestionario se hará llegar a los clientes seleccionados vía e-mail, o en su defecto el RC o el RPV se encargará de realizarlos telefónicamente ya que de esta forma es más probable que los clientes nos ayuden a rellenarlo.
