I have been using Coimbra for a year and I am delighted. The stove was bought by Polish OBI, where storage in the warehouse was neglected, so after unpacking there were rust spots. Panadero responded to the notification immediately and proposed two solutions. I recommend!

Panadero Iris.Top-notch fireplace with it heats almost the whole house. The quality of the fireplace itself is good, only after 3 years of use it cracked and warped the grate, which is not cheap.I have to commend the Panadero employees for being very friendly and helpful, although the grille is not a matter of guarantee they will send me a new one at a symbolic price.All praise Panadero, the next fireplace will definitely be from your company.

Hola a ver si alguien me puede decir cómo conseguir una manivela que se me ha partido,para una estufa modelo Niza de panadero.La estufa va muy bien pero el cierre no es lo mejor de la estufa y siempre ha ido muy duro hasta que se ha partido la manivela. Me imagino que habrá algún repuesto o en todo caso la puerta entera sin cristal ya que el cierre esta partida la manivela.gracias

We bought a Panadero Verne stove and had a minor issue with the door handle, I contacted customer service and was put in contact with Maria Baleriola Herrero, We were very impressed with the response, all correspondence was with 24 hours and the part I needed was shipped immediately. Honestly some of the best customer service I have encountered, on another note we also love the stove, works great.

We bought an Allegro stove from Panadero a few months ago and we are very happy with it. The large glass offers an aesthetic close to that of an open fireplace. The possibility of using large logs is highly appreciated. But beware of the power of this stove that can quickly transform your living room into a sauna!

Not fan of buying Spanish products but I decided to buy a Panadero Provence Ecodesign wood stove due to its technical specifications - triple combustion, big glass, small flat oven, and its good perfornance 80% and above. Packaging was perfect. Delivery later than expected by the online store where I bought it. Hope it lasts long. Good value for the money.
