QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND OHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The management of PANADERO AB, in its constant pursuit of meeting the highest level of customer needs for thermal comfort, recognizes the importance of quality, proper environmental management, and occupational health and safety (OHS) in today’s and tomorrow’s business environment. For this reason, the company has implemented a quality, environmental, and OHS management system in accordance with the applicable standards UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, for the “DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF SOLID FUEL PRODUCTS.”
The fundamental principles on which this system is based are:
A management model based on leadership and commitment, with an integrated approach across all processes and at all levels of the organization.
Quality, proper environmental management, and OHS are understood as the fulfillment of the commitments we have toward our customers, employees, suppliers, other partners, and stakeholders.
Quality, environmental management, and OHS are also understood as compliance with applicable legal requirements and other commitments the organization undertakes related to quality, environment, and OHS.
Customer satisfaction—as well as the satisfaction of our employees, suppliers, and other partners—is the goal of our success.
A preventive rather than corrective attitude, involving proactive assessment of potential future impacts our activities may have on quality, the environment, and the prevention of work-related risks.
A commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health issues.
Active commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality, environmental, and OHS management system.
Sustainable development and pollution prevention.
Analysis and implementation of measures to eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks, including the causes of incidents and workplace accidents, in order to apply appropriate corrective actions.
Consultation and participation of workers in OHS matters.
Coordination and integration of partners and suppliers in the development and implementation of the quality, environmental, and OHS management system.
Adaptation of the quality, environmental, and OHS management system to technological advancements.
This policy constitutes the framework for planning through the establishment of objectives for our management system.
Each person is responsible for quality, proper environmental management, and OHS in their work, as well as for verifying compliance with established plans.
This policy must be communicated, applied, and updated at all levels of the organization. The management of PANADERO AB, S.L. assumes responsibility for the commitments and obligations involved in the development of this policy.
