The unloading will be made only by the rear of the truck. The client has to certify that trucks with trailers are authorized to access their property.
The customer must open the package and check the state of the goods (especially the glass) at the time of delivery. If the stove is broken or damaged in its packaging, the customer has the possibility of rejecting the merchandise or stating the findings in the delivery note and communicate them straight away to the email: online@panadero.com. In case of a broken glass, new crystal will be sent to you free of charge.
In case of difficulty of access to specific means of delivery (small truck), the freight will be in charge of the client after the presentation of a budget by the carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. During processing of each order, an estimated delivery date is indicated.

All Panadero EcoDesign stoves have a 5 year warranty valid from the moment of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defect. In the case of Panadero Tradition models, the warranty is 2 years. This warranty does not cover components that are in direct contact with fire such as glass, fiberglass, vermiculite and grill.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or via Paypal.
For payments made by credit/debit card, the charge will be executed at the moment of confirmation of the order and once it has been verified, that the data provided is correct. Confirmed the transaction, the order and tracking number will be communicated through the website itself. You will receive a detailed description of the order and of the personal data that have been used by email.
Payment can also be made via Paypal using your existing account or by creating a new one for free at www.paypal.com.
The installation of all our stoves must be done by a professional.
Shipments are made by different transport agencies depending on the destination and within the deadlines indicated during the processing of your order. Due to the large amounts of the shipments, the transport company will contact you in advance to detail the time of delivery.
It is important, that you inspect the merchandise received at the time of delivery. If clear defects are appreciated, without the need to handle the shipping packages or those of the product, caused by transport, or if you notice any other damage, it must be stated on the delivery note and communicated to online@panadero.com or to the customer service phone number in your country.
The deadline for communicating the return of the goods is 30 days from their reception and it must be advised to: online@panadero.com.
If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, Panadero AB, S.L. will assume the shipping costs of return. In case of any other reason that are not published on www.panadero.com, e.g. if the merchandise you have received is in perfect condition but you want to return it, Panadero AB, S.L. must receive the product in its original packaging and in perfect conditions. In this case, all the expenses WILL BE borne by the customer. For this, it must be processed via online@panadero.com.

1. Hogyan telepítjük megfelelően a kandallót?
A csatolt vázlatban megtalálható, hogy pontosan mire kell odafigyelnünk, hogy az eszközt helyesen telepítsük.
2. Milyen távolságra kell elhelyezni a kandallót a faltól, vagy a bútorainktól?
Ezt az információt megtalálja a kandalló hátulján elhelyezett úgynevezett CE táblán. Eszköztől függően ez a távolság 40 és 100 cm között változik. Önmagunk és a kandallót körülvevő tárgyak biztonságának megőrzése érdekében nagyon fontos, hogy betartsuk ezt az előírást.
3. Hogyan gyújtunk be egy fatüzelésű kandallóban?
Az első lépés, amit a helyes begyújtáshoz meg kell tennünk, hogy beszerezzük a megfelelő elemeket.
Ezek pedig a következők:
Először ellenőrizzük, hogy a levegőnyílás teljesen nyitva van –e. Majd a gyújtóst elhelyezzük a kandallórács közepén és meggyújtjuk. Miután meggyulladt, köré helyezzük a faforgácsot, figyeljünk, hogy mindig hagyjunk egy kis rést, hogy ne zárja el a levegő útját és a fa égését segítse. Nem ajánlott 1 kg –nál több tűzifát helyezni a gyújtósra. Amikor begyulladt a faforgás, elhelyezzük a maradék tűzifát, (néhány hozzávetőlegesen 1 kg/1,5 kg tömegűt). Lehetőleg tölgyet, olívafát, bükköt vagy nyírfát. Amikor a tűzifa begyullad, szabályozhatjuk a levegőnyílás zárásával (a felére, vagy kisebbre), hogy a tűz kevésbé égjen.
4. Milyen típusú tűzifát ajánlott használni?
Bármilyen tűzifa, amellyel Ön, a földrajzi elhelyezkedésétől függően rendelkezik, megfelelő a kandalló használatához. Csupán a fa nedvességére kell odafigyelnünk, ha túlságosan nedves, ill. zöld, a magas víztartalma miatt problémákat okozhat a kandalló használatánál. Ajánlott viszont tölgy, olívafa, bükk, vagy nyírfa használata.
5. Mennyi tűzifát ajánlott a tűzre rakni?
Minden készülékhez biztosítunk egy használati utasítást, amelyben Ön megtalálja az ajánlott tűzifa mennyiséget. Ez a mennyiség 2 és 3 kg között változik, ajánlott nem túllépni ezt a mennyiséget, hogy elkerüljük az eszköz visszafordíthatatlan meghibásodását.
6. Hogyan érdemes újratölteni a kandallót?
A megfelelő időpont a kandalló újratöltésére, amikor a tűz kialvóban van és még van néhány jól izzó parázs. Ekkor a védőkesztyű segítségével nyissuk ki a készülék ajtaját és helyezzük a tűzifákat a parázsra.
7. Miért szökik a füst, amikor kinyitjuk a kandalló ajtaját?
Ez azért van, mert a füst hajlamos mindig a legrövidebb úton távozni. Ekkor az történik, hogy amikor kinyitjuk az ajtót, a füst a szobába áramlik a füstcsövön való távozás helyett. Ahhoz, hogy ezt elkerüljük, csak akkor nyissuk ki a kandalló ajtaját, amikor már csak parázslik, (nem lángol) és töltsük fel ekkor a kandallót.
8. A kandalló erős szagot áraszt az első használatnál. Ez normális?
Ez teljesen normális jelenség mivel az eszköz hőálló festékkel van lekezelve. Ez a festék ellenáll a magas hőmérsékletnek. Az első néhány használat alatt füst keletkezhet a kandalló körül. Ez a festék, a fémen való fixálódásának és az oldószer elpárolgásának folyamata. Ezért ajánlott az első és második használat alatt megfelelően szellőztetni a helyiséget.
9. Mi az a vermikulit?
Egy magnézium szilikátból álló ásvány, amelyet szigetelésként használunk a kandalló égéskamrájában a nagy hő ellenállásának és kis tömegének köszönhetően. Ennek az anyagnak a jelenléte, magasabb teljesítményt és gazdaságosabb fűtést biztosít a felhasználónak.
Ezeket a paneleket, amelyek némely kandallómodell belsejében találhatók, nem szabad eltávolítani, sem begyújtásra használni.
10. Hogyan tisztítsunk egy fatüzelésű kandallót?
Hogy elkerüljük az égési sérülést, a kandalló tisztítását mindig akkor kell végrehajtani, amikor a kandalló nem használjuk. Készülékeink rendelkeznek egy hamufiókkal, amely összegyűjti az égés során keletkezett parazsat és hamut. A tisztításhoz csupán ki kell ürítenünk a hamutartó fiók tartalmát a szemétbe (ne ürítsünk műanyag szemetesbe parazsat) és tegyük vissza a fiókot a helyére.
A kandallóüveg helyes tisztántartását egy pamutruha segítségével végezzük. Ezzel távolítsuk el az égés során keletkezett port és kormot az üvegfelületről.
