    I am extremely disappointed and angry by the total lack of customer service provided. The fire I ordered was delivered with a broken glass. When I called them, I was told to send them an email with copy of the invoice and photos. It has been nearly a week now and I have not received any response nor an acknowledgment of my email. It is absolutely unacceptable and I will take this matter further.
